How do I change meta titles?

Short answer
Ask Lovable to set a unique <title> tag per page (or edit it directly in the head/layout code) — each important page should have its own descriptive, keyword-relevant title rather than sharing one site-wide title.
Why per-page titles matter
The meta title (the <title> tag) is what Google shows as the clickable headline in search results and what appears in browser tabs. A single generic title across every page ("My App") wastes an easy SEO signal — each page should describe what's actually on it.
How to set them in Lovable
Give each main page a unique, descriptive title: e.g. the Pricing page should be "Pricing — Acme Studio", the Contact page "Contact Us — Acme Studio".
On a simple single-page app, there may only be one real <title> in index.html. On a multi-route app (including newer TanStack Start projects), each route can set its own title — ask Lovable to confirm how titles are currently managed before assuming a single edit covers every page.
Writing good titles
- Keep to roughly 50-60 characters so Google doesn't truncate them.
- Put the most distinctive words first (page purpose or product name), brand name last.
- Avoid keyword-stuffing — one clear phrase beats a list of terms.
What usually goes wrong
- Editing
index.html's title and assuming every route updates — on multi-page apps this only changes the fallback/default title. - Duplicate titles across pages, which confuses both users and search engines about which page is which.
- Titles that are just the company name repeated everywhere, giving Google nothing to differentiate pages by.
